EU Intracommunity Deliveries

Are you a business customer within the European Union and does your company have a valid European VAT number? Then you can make purchases at Noya Tools via an intracommunity delivery.

For orders outside Belgium, VAT is automatically reversed when a valid and active European VAT number is entered during checkout. In that case, no Belgian VAT will be charged.

To take advantage of this, you must:

  • Enter a correct and valid European VAT number
  • Provide the correct official company name
  • Use a delivery address within the European Union outside Belgium

Our system automatically checks the validity of the entered VAT number. When the VAT number is valid and matches the company details, VAT will be automatically removed from your order.

If the VAT number is invalid, does not match the company name, or is not active for intracommunity transactions, Belgian VAT will still be charged.

Noya Tools reserves the right to temporarily hold orders or request additional company information in case of doubt or incorrect data.
